Playlist SEnder v1.5 beta 4.2

Here's the latest update to PSE. See the readme file for changes, installation instructions, and other such notes. The most notable things from this release are proper metadata loading from asx playlists and the ability to load and save using relative paths for songs. Also, the jconfig.jar file is now included with the source, so you can actually run and compile everything

As a warning, even though there are controls to set the size of the log file, they don't work yet. The log file shouldn't get too big, but you can safely turn off logging anyway.
